The Person Behind the Paper
About Wallpapers ExpertsLee

Our Story
Built on One Rule: The Wall Has to Be Perfect
Wallpapers ExpertsLee is the work of Christopher Lee, an Orlando installer who learned the trade the old way — as an apprentice to a European-trained paperhanger who made him strip and re-hang the same wall until the seams disappeared. That apprenticeship taught him something most contractors never learn: wallpaper doesn’t fail on the wall, it fails in the prep.
Christopher spent his early years hanging commercial vinyl in hotels along International Drive, where a crew is judged by how many yards it can hang overnight without a single lifted edge. When he started taking residential work, he brought that production discipline into Orlando homes — and discovered that homeowners had been settling for crooked patterns and peeling corners because nobody in the market treated paperhanging as a real trade.
Nine years and more than a hundred projects later, the business still runs on the same rule he learned as an apprentice. Every wall gets measured twice. Every surface gets primed. Every pattern gets dry-laid on the floor before a single strip touches paste. And if a seam isn’t invisible, it comes down and gets done again — on our time, not yours.
That standard is why Orlando designers hand us their fussiest clients, why hotel PMs call us back for the next floor, and why most of our residential work now arrives by referral.
What We Stand On
Four Values, No Exceptions
Honest Quotes
The written number you approve is the number you pay. Prep is itemized up front, not discovered halfway through.
Obsessive Prep
Skim-coating, sizing, priming — the invisible 60% of the job that decides whether paper lasts fifteen years or fifteen months.
Respect for the Space
Floors protected, furniture handled carefully, music off, shoes covered, and a vacuumed room at the end of every day.
Stand Behind the Wall
If a seam lifts or an edge curls because of our workmanship, we come back and fix it. Period.
