Wallpaper Installation in Lake Mary, FL
Executive homes and corporate offices along the I-4 corridor, 30 minutes north of our Orlando shop.
Lake Mary wears two hats, and we work under both. On the residential side, the golf-course communities of Heathrow and Timacuan are full of executive homes built in the 1990s and 2000s — houses with soaring family rooms, formal dining rooms, and owners who are finally replacing builder-beige walls with something worth looking at. Textured weaves, warm geometrics, and statement powder rooms are the most requested projects here.
Many of these homes come with a familiar Central Florida obstacle: orange-peel and knockdown wall texture. Wallpaper hung directly over texture shows every bump through the paper, so we skim-coat the wall smooth first — a step some installers skip and every client regrets later. Your quote lists this prep separately, so you always know what the wall itself needs before a single roll is unwrapped.
On the commercial side, Lake Mary’s stretch of the I-4 corridor is one of the region’s densest office markets. We install Type II vinyl wallcovering in lobbies, conference rooms, and corridors for corporate tenants and property managers — usually on nights and weekends, phased so the office never misses a working day. COI and W-9 paperwork is ready before mobilization.
The drive from our shop is a straight 30 minutes north on I-4 (we plan around rush hour, so quoted arrival windows hold). For homes in nearby Sanford, Longwood, or Heathrow’s neighboring communities, the answer is the same: call (407) 801-1259 and we’ll get you on the schedule.
